GoodPop All-Natural Frozen Pops is proud to announce its new pop-up popsicle shop offering Austinites a delightful, healthy treat to beat the Texas heat. The temporary retail outlet will launch on Thursday, August 4 and be located in South Austin just off of Lady Bird Lake at 343 South Congress near Riverside Drive. The summertime staple will be offered in seasonal flavors including Watermelon Agave, Strawberry, Mango, Hibiscus Mint, Banana Cinnamon and Cold Brew Coffee. The pop-up popsicle shop will be open Thursday through Sunday, from 12PM to 7PM, serving up GoodPops to the GoodPeople of Austin until the beginning of October.

GoodPop offers a gourmet update to the traditional paleta, chock-full of colorful fresh fruit made with only organic, locally sourced (when possible) and all-natural ingredients. GoodPop originally debuted at Farmers Markets in Austin in fall of 2009, with a retail trailer following shortly after. After closing for the winter to perfect the recipes, reconfigure the business plan and move its production facility to Houston, GoodPop is back in Austin and better than ever.

GoodPop All-Natural Frozen Pops is also proud to announce the arrival of their oh-so convenient 4 packs of popsicles at Whole Foods Markets in Austin starting August 8. Fans of the refreshing treats will now be able to pick up their wholesome frozen pop favorites while shopping for other weekly essentials.

“I’m thrilled to have GoodPop frozen pops more widely available for customers,” said Daniel Goetz, GoodPop owner. “From families, to foodies, to the many fitness elite living in Austin, our pop-up shop and new 4 packs will offer a healthy, all-natural sweet treat for those craving a refreshing and cool snack to conquer these scorching hot summer days in Texas.”

In addition to individual GoodPop frozen pops, Whole Foods Lamar and Gateway locations will carry the 4 packs in the seasonal flavors of water-based Watermelon Agave, Strawberry, Mango, and Hibiscus Mint, and the dairy-based flavors of Banana Cinnamon and Cold Brew Coffee. GoodPop All-Natural Frozen Pops are also available in Austin at Royal Blue Grocery and Wahoo’s Fish Taco. GoodPop 4 packs will run from $4.99 (water-based flavors) to $5.49 (dairy-based flavors). Individual pops cost $1.99 (water-based flavors) and $2.99 (dairy-based flavors) each.” -BBPR
